We held our third 'Art in Nature' Exhibition at Hinderclay Village Hall over the bank holiday weekend, to raise funds for LOHP.
Every year the quality of the artwork gets better and better. With 33 artists exhibiting, there was a huge variety of work including watercolours, acrylics, collages, wood, stained glass, cards and ceramics - something for everyone.
And of course there were plenty of refreshments with lots of delicious homemade cakes. The weekend was a relaxed affair with people coming to look at the artwork, meet up with friends and enjoying a piece of cake or two - some people were there for hours, showing that art and cake make a great combination.
It would not have been possible without the help of all our amazing volunteers who made the event a great success, raising over £2,000 for LOHP. No job was too big or small, from planning and contacting artists before the event, setting up art boards, making refreshments and much, much more. A huge thank you to everyone involved.
